SOBRE LAWA
LAWA se enorgullece de su compromiso de apoyar a las mujeres y niños latinos y otros negros y pertenecientes a minorías para que se recuperen del abuso y vivan vidas empoderadas.
LAWA ofrece todo lo necesario para que las víctimas superen experiencias traumáticas y tengan una nueva oportunidad de brillar. Desde hogares de acogida de emergencia (los únicos refugios en Europa y el Reino Unido creados por y para mujeres y niños latinoamericanos que huyen de la violencia de género) , servicios para víctimas de violencia contra las mujeres y las niñas: vivienda, atención a la infancia, centro de asesoramiento y proyectos de participación comunitaria: integración, clases de inglés y programas de empoderamiento.
Su programa está cuidadosamente planificado por y para mujeres de cualquier contexto cultural, etnia, clase social, religión y sexualidad, para que se sientan bienvenidas y amadas de nuevo.
