how does personalization work?
once your order is placed, send us the names or initials for each clip in your pack — we'll confirm every detail with you before production begins.
how long does a pack take?
between 10 and 15 business days, depending on the size of your pack — each piece is made and engraved by hand. if your event has a set date, we recommend ordering with that in mind.
what if I need more than 24 pieces?
just reach out with your quantity and timeline — we'll put together a proposal, the same way we do for corporate orders.
can I mix colors within one pack?
of course — choose a single color for the whole pack, or mix and match across our available colorways.
